18-Year-Old Arrested as Final Suspect in Hollywood Broadwalk Shooting!

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. — Police say they have arrested all suspects in the Memorial Day shooting at Hollywood Broadwalk.

The fifth and last suspect in the shooting on Hollywood Broadwalk on May 29 has been arrested, according to the Hollywood Police Department.

Lionel JeanCharles Jr., who is 18 years old, was taken into police custody after a search that took several days.

Monday around 1:30 p.m., Jean-Charles turned himself in, according to the police

. He was taken to the Broward County Main Jail, where he is being charged with eight counts of attempted murder in the second degree, one count of having a concealed firearm, and one count of attempted murder in the first degree.

Police say they were able to find 16-year-old Ariel Cardahn Paul and 15-year-old Jordan Burton over the weekend and arrest them. Both of them face the same charges as JeanCharles.

On May 30, two other 18-year-old men, Keshawn Paul Stewart and Morgan Deslouches, were arrested for their part in the killing.

Nine people were hurt in the shooting. Five adults and four children were hurt. The group’s youngest member is only a year old. Seven of the people who were hurt have been freed from the hospital, and the other two are still doing well.cops say.
