A Florida man faces three counts of attempted murder charges after firing a gun at his family members.
The Orange County Police Department responded to a shooting on Oct. 30, finding that William Stovall, the alleged shooter, had fled the scene, and two family members had been hospitalized.
The incident occurred as family members gathered to assist in cleaning up the house following the recent death of Stovall’s grandmother, as reported by Click Orlando.
When asked about the late grandmother’s phone, Stovall responded aggressively, saying, “You ain’t getting s–t,” and then proceeded to curse at a family member before firing at least ten shots at the group.
On Monday night, Stovall was taken into custody, and on Tuesday, he was brought before a judge, who ultimately decided to release him on bond with a bail amount of $62,000.
He is currently being charged with three counts of attempted murder in addition to two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon being brought against him.
