Miami Woman Faces Charges for Parked Car Assault and Robbery

Authorities claimed that a Miami lady was taken into custody over the weekend after robbing another woman in southwest Miami-Dade at gunpoint.

The incident in the 10200 block of Southwest 174th Terrace was reported on Saturday around 1:30 p.m.

Bianca Rena Reed, 34, approached the victim while she was seated in her car and demanded money and valuables from her, according to the suspect’s arrest report.

When the victim declined, according to Miami-Dade police, Reed allegedly took a revolver out of her purse and aimed it in the victim’s direction.

According to the police, after the victim again refused to give anything to Reed, he pistol-whipped her and reached into her car to take her pocketbook.

The report claims that Reed stole a beige wallet and $70 from the purse, left the handbag there, and drove off in a black Jeep.

According to the police, she was arrested later that day and refuted the victim’s allegations.

She was taken into custody on suspicion of aggravated battery, armed burglary with assault or battery, and armed robbery with a pistol.

She was being held without bond at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center as of Monday afternoon.
