A suspect in the gruesome death of a 64-year-old man in Southeast Houston last week has been taken into custody on murder charges.
The Houston Police Department said that investigators think 20-year-old Karon Fisher is the one who killed the victim. The crimes were caught on camera by a neighbor who lived close to the crime scene.
A white Dodge Charger is racing at Steven Anderson as he crosses Woodridge Square Drive to get his mail.
He realizes in time to yank himself quickly back, but the car picks up speed and turns in his direction before crashing into him. The car reverses over him again after driving him over the first time.
A little while later, Anderson is seen lying on the ground unconscious, being flipped over, and being kissed by someone who is thought to be Fisher.
Neighbors can be heard shouting for emergency assistance at this point. The suspect then stabs him multiple times while brandishing a knife.

After discovering Anderson unconscious and suffering from several stab wounds, the officers declared him dead on the spot.
Detectives located and questioned Fisher, who is listed as male in DPS records but as she/her in the police complaint, without delay.
After being accused of murder, she was brought to Harris County Jail and is currently being detained there on a $2 million bond.
