The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office received a call concerning a robbery that took place on Old Kings Road South along with an injury that occurred at the same time.
When the police arrived, they found a man in his 50s who had been robbed and had been stabbed in the back. The man had also been assaulted. Additionally, the person had sustained injuries.
The male has been sent to the hospital for treatment of his injuries, which have not been deemed to be immediately life-threatening. He is currently receiving care at the facility.
There is no suspect being held by the JSO at this time, and they are seeking anyone who may have information to get in touch with them immediately.
