Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. Bragg, Jr. has charged the man who was detained for allegedly randomly hitting a TikToker strolling down a street in New York City with assaulting, stalking, and harassing strangers in a string of alleged anti-female, anti-white, and antisemitic incidents.
Brooklyn resident Skiboky Stora, 40, is accused of three hate crime counts of third-degree assault, one hate crime count of stalking, and one count of second-degree aggravated harassment for acts that occurred between September 2023 and March 2024.
“Skiboky Stora allegedly committed a series of hate-motivated incidents against several individuals based on their perceived gender, race and religion,” District Attorney Bragg stated. “Much of what defines our city is respect and acceptance of all people. Nobody should have to fear for their safety because of their identity. I thank our prosecutors for their unwavering commitment in seeking justice for these victims.”
The accusations follow seven TikTok users who claimed to have been struck twice in two weeks in New York, according to police, though they did not provide any proof that the incidents were connected.
Among the victims listed in Stora’s list of charges is one of the TikTokers.
Authorities claim that on September 20, 2023, a Caucasian student, age 17, passed Stora while strolling through the Chelsea neighborhood.
Stora allegedly gave him a painful elbow to the neck as he was passing and screamed, in essence: “You people think you can do whatever the f— you want,” according to a statement from Bragg.
According to Bragg, a 37-year-old fair-skinned woman passed Stora while strolling around the Chelsea district on October 26, 2023. Officials claim that when the woman passed Stora, Stora elbowed her left shoulder, bruising and inflicting agony.

A 28-year-old lady and her 28-year-old Jewish husband observed Stora pulling down posters of kidnapped Israeli hostages on Nov. 18, 2023, when they were out for a dog walk in Union Square.
After the woman claimed to have taken a photo of him, Stora allegedly started to pursue them and yell antisemitic and anti-white things, such as “F— you, white boy.”
A bystander guided the couple into their apartment building so they could escape Stora, but Bragg claims he followed them into the building lobby and actually yelled antisemitic remarks.
Authorities claim that on March 25, 2024, a white woman, age 23, was walking past Stora on the street when he reportedly struck her in the head, causing her to fall to the ground. It is stated that she had pain and swelling on her head’s left side.
Following an inquiry by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and the NYPD Hate Crimes Task Force, Stora was taken into custody.
