On Sunday, a Florida woman who was delivering food to an elderly neighbor in Miami made the shocking revelation that four individuals had been shot and killed inside the house.
Just before 2:00 p.m., Miami-Dade police were called for a welfare check at a residence in the 4500 block of Southwest 137 Court.
Police discovered a guy and a woman in one bedroom and a woman in another. According to a news statement, they found a fourth body inside the house, a man in his 60s who appeared to have shot himself.
A gun was also found lying around. Police claimed that one of the victims was receiving hospice care. The house was home to all four.
The victims, according to family members, were an 85-year-old mother, her ex-husband, their son, and his spouse. The family told the media that their kid was the shooter. The culprit and victims were not identified by the police.

Joanna Cruz, the woman who found the bodies, claimed that the elderly woman was no longer able to cook, therefore she was taking up the culinary duties.
“I saw the elderly lady on the bed and the elderly man’s body on the bed to the left, blood coming out of their mouths, and the wife in the other room,” Cruz stated. “I feel like I’m in a nightmare.”
She became concerned for her safety as soon as she discovered all three of them were dead.
“Good thing I didn’t see him, but I saw them. When I saw three, I said, where is the fourth one? I know there’s a fourth one. And I ran out because I said, if he’s still alive here, I’m next,” Cruz stated.
The publication was informed by further neighbors that the son had been experiencing a mental health crisis. The neighbors claimed that on Thursday or Friday, medical personnel caring for the woman in hospice had called the police out of concern after being unable to enter the house.
When no one answered the door and there were no indications of a scuffle, the officers responded but eventually left.
