A man from Jacksonville, Florida, who was only 28 years old when he won the lottery, all it took for him to join the ranks of those who have earned a million dollars or more is one lucky scratch-off ticket.

The man who spoke Mandarin purchased the winning lottery ticket at FCE (Daily’s and Daily’s Dash), which is situated right off San Jose Boulevard. The Florida Lottery is the source of the aforementioned information.

It cost him ten dollars to play the scratch-off game “FLORIDA 100X THE CASH,” but he ended up winning two million dollars from the game. The winner came to the conclusion that it would be more convenient for him to receive his winnings in the form of a single, lump-sum payment in the amount of $1,390,000 after taking into account any applicable taxes.

Because the retailer was responsible for the purchase of the winning Scratch-Off ticket, they will get an additional commission in the amount of $4,000 as a bonus.
