The Atlantic North Shopping Center will soon become home to a branch of the popular national coffee business Starbucks. This store will be located in East Arlington.
In the past few months, the retail complex has seen a number of modifications, the most recent of which was the opening of a brand-new Whataburger restaurant at 11559 Atlantic Blvd. According to First Coast News, construction on a fresh new Starbucks store is getting close to being finished in the same general vicinity as the fast-food establishment.
There is no specific opening date at this time. A Chick-fil-A and a Tesla Showroom are also coming to the shopping complex as part of the expansion project. Another Broken Egg Café, Fancy Sushi, and The Baker’s Son by Valerio’s are some of the other establishments that can be found in this shopping complex.
In spite of the fact that Starbucks is one of the most well-known and largest coffee chains in the United States, the company has found success in Florida, even though there are no immediate locations in the state.
Within a few miles of this new Starbucks site, you’ll find three additional locations in Regency and one each in Holly Oaks, Girvin, and Beach Haven, as well as the University of North Florida.
It is hoped that the new website will be operational by the summer, just in time for the launch of the company’s two new summer beverages: a blended drink called Chocolate Java Mint Frappuccino, and a cold brew coffee beverage called White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew.
In addition to the two new beverages, Starbucks is launching a new whole-bean packaged coffee called the Starbucks Green Apron Blend. This blend of coffee, which was co-created by over 24,000 Starbucks baristas and is both available as brewed coffee and packaged coffee, is being sold in both locations. These brand-new items on the menu will only be accessible for a constrained period of time.
