Todd Pape, 61, received a 25-year sentence, Mark Bond, 59, received a term of more than 26 years, and Kaylee Heppner, 37, received a five-year sentence in federal prison. All three of them are residents of Rapid City.

In South Dakota, Bond and Pape got their supplies from Goodroad and her boyfriend, Richard Glover, who is scheduled to be sentenced this summer.
Bond and Pape traveled to Colorado so they could purchase pounds of meth from Glover and Goodroad. Alternatively, Bond and Pape in South Dakota would receive the medications from Goodroad and Glover.
Heppner would be one of several people who would continue to distribute the pills after they arrived in South Dakota. A total of 15 to 45 kilos, or roughly 33 to 99 pounds, of meth were shipped to South Dakota.
Marlena Pond, a co-defendant, was already given a six-year prison sentence. Six further co-defendants have their sentences set for this summer.
