Senior marketing director of Hacienda Mexican Restaurants Cody Jackson stated that, “I think it would give us a really good boom for our carry out business. And we’re just excited to see what it does. We honestly have no idea but we feel we have a signature product to offer the public and we hope it’s really successful.”
Jackson states that he is happy with the new law, but the safety of the alcohol’s sale is his first concern. To ensure they are abiding by all regulations, they have been collaborating with the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission.

“We reiterated that if someone’s showing any level of intoxication that we’re not to sell, let alone one more drink to them but any alcohol to go as well,” Jackson stated.
