Job Seekers Alert: Kansas Hosting Job Fair with 500+ Available Jobs

WPBN: In search of a new career, Kansans are invited to attend a job fair that is available to all inhabitants of the state.

A news announcement on December 4 states that KANSASWORKS will host a virtual job fair on Wednesday, December 11, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

There are over 500 agency jobs in the state, with experience levels ranging from entry to associate. Candidates can apply for one or more of these roles.

“Our Kansas agencies always are looking to expand their teams with new and experienced professionals,” Lieutenant Governor and Secretary of Commerce David Toland stated. “If you are looking for a place to advance your skills or kick-start your career, I encourage you to participate in our agency job fair and see what opportunities are available.”

Kansas’s state agencies are searching for fresh talent to enhance their divisions. As long as they have internet access and are ready for online interviews and live chats, anyone in the state can participate in the virtual job fair.

A list of participating firms, a training film for job searchers, and other helpful information are also available on the State Agency Virtual Job Fair webpage. If an employer asks for a video interview, everyone attending the fair is urged to dress properly.
