Louisiana Toddler's THC Overdose Leads to Mother's Arrest

Charges have been brought against a Louisiana lady by the authorities after they claim a toddler overdosed on THC candy.

When the Morgan City Police Department responded to an overdose call at around two in the morning on Tuesday, they reported that they found a two-year-old toddler experiencing “a medical episode.” Once Rosizena Moore had fallen asleep, the youngster is said to have consumed several gummies laced with THC.

Moore allegedly waited for assistance for up to two hours in order to conceal evidence, according to the police. Police claimed they found more THC products, suspected marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

After being brought to a nearby hospital, the toddler’s health is stable.

Moore is charged with several offenses, including possession of marijuana, second-degree cruelty to minors, neglecting to seek help, and obstruction of justice.

It’s unknown if she has legal representation and when she will appear in court.
