Man Fires Shots at Customers Over Fake Money in Shocking Drug Deal Gone Wrong!

DELTONA, Fla. — A man shot at two of his customers after they bought marijuana from him with fake money.

The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said that detectives went to a shooting at 3 p.m. on May 11 near Providence Boulevard and East Chapel Drive in Deltona.

At the scene, officers found an SUV with a flat tire and bullet holes in the passenger side that was not being used.

Two young guys got out of the SUV and ran away after being shot at, witnesses told investigators. A short time later, detectives found the two and found out that they were the ones who were shot at. Neither one was hurt.

The two victims, who were 17 and 20, chose to use a fake $100 bill to buy marijuana from a mutual friend on Instagram, according to detectives.

After the fake bill was traded for the weed and the customers got into their cars to leave, they heard glass breaking and several gunshots. They didn’t know the shooter’s name, but they could say what he looked like.

After getting a description of the dealer, detectives called the head of the Sheriff’s Office’s Juvenile Services. He was able to tell them about people of interest in the area.

Detectives said that based on this information, Raymon Plummer, 19, was a possible suspect. The teen and the man were shot at about 511 feet from his house on West Chapel Drive.

When shown a group of photos, the 17-year-old victim knew for sure that Plummer was the shooter.
