In an effort to find a guy who is suspected of kidnapping a lady twice this summer, the Grove City Division of Police is receiving assistance from the U.S. Marshals Office.
Quinntel Bagley, a 38-year-old man, is wanted on charges of aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, failing to cooperate, violating his parole after kidnapping, and neglecting to register.
Grove City police were called about a missing lady on June 13. Investigators discovered that Bagley had ambushed the lady at her residence, taken hold of her, and coerced her into his car.
Three hours after the initial report was made, the woman was discovered at a petrol station. Bagley was also located by the authorities, who shortly after detained him.
After Bagley was treated for some injuries at Fairfield Medical Center, Grove City police took him to a cruiser. He fled from the police, according to the police, and made his way into a nearby forested area from a parking garage.
Bagley allegedly broke into a house that day, took a Hyundai Sante Fe at knifepoint, and fled, according to police reports. The location of the car was around Hamilton Road and U.S. 33.
Bagley was spotted in the Hilltop neighborhood close to Eureka Avenue and West Broad Street, according to a report released by Grove City Police Lieutenant Jason Stern on Friday. A woman reported to police that Bagley had taken her from her Grove City house at around six in the morning and driven her to west Columbus.
According to Stern, the woman managed to escape Bagely unscathed. The lieutenant clarified that the victim of the June 13 kidnapping incident was the same woman.
According to the woman, Bagley had a mask covering part of his face and was dressed in black attire.
“You should treat him as armed and dangerous. We are asking for any help anyone can offer if you see him call us right away, call 911,” Stern stated.
The woman’s neighbor, who lives close to the kidnapping site, told me that she was scared to hear that Bagley was returning.
“I’m shocked he came back. The police have been over this neighborhood constantly riding through. It really scares me that he came back,” Karen Schnider stated.

Families and older couples make up the calm area where Schnider lives. She now thinks, nevertheless, that she needs to keep an eye out for Bagley.
“I pray for the poor girl, she must be terrified of him. I just pray that the cops find him,” Schnider stated.
For Bagley’s arrest, the U.S. Marshals Office is offering a reward of up to $5,000. Please report him to 911 or 614-469-5540 if you see him. Richard Stage, the mayor of Grove City, also disclosed a $5,000 prize for information that leads to Bagley’s detention.
