Oakland Police Investigate Violent Altercation in Road Rage Case

The Oakland Police Department is currently investigating a highly intense case of road rage that took place on Monday.

A video captured the incident, which involved a man brandishing a gun. The footage shows a confrontation between a man and a woman on the side of the road.

The man approaches the woman’s vehicle and leans inside, shouting at her. He then proceeds to retrieve a gun and points it toward the interior of the car.

In response, the woman opens her car door, striking the man and slapping him in the face. A physical struggle ensues between them before the video cuts off.

It remains unclear from the footage whether the individuals are acquainted or what their relationship may be.

According to the Oakland Police Department, the incident took place in the vicinity of Stanley Avenue and Truman Avenue.

Officers from the department were dispatched to the scene after receiving a report of an armed individual shortly before 8:15 p.m.

However, upon arrival, they were unable to locate any of the parties involved. The police have interviewed potential witnesses who witnessed the altercation to gather more information.
