WPBN: A horrifying video that purportedly showed a young mother assaulting her infant daughter was uploaded to the internet, which led to the arrest and subsequent filing of charges of domestic abuse against the young mother in Ohio.
On Thursday, Cloe Workman, who is twenty years old and lives in Loveland, Ohio, was brought into jail. Two felony charges have been brought against her at this time: one for putting a kid in danger, and the other for domestic abuse.
As per a local news outlet’s court records, the event took place earlier in the week. The incident sparked outrage after a video of the alleged assault went viral on the internet.
As far as we know, the video shows Workman indulging in abusive behavior toward her daughter, who is just a little bit older than one year old. She apparently can be seen in the video spitting on the infant’s face and aggressively shoving the baby down by her head. The footage was taken by the baby’s mother.
Furthermore, it appears that Workman is seen squirting what was described as “dish detergent” into the mouth of the youngster in the video.
