Police in a Montgomery, Alabama neighborhood said that following an overnight party on Saturday, a barrage of gunfire left at least 13 individuals injured.

362 bullets were shot during a packed celebration in the city’s North Pass neighborhood, according to a Facebook post made by Mayor Steven Reed on Sunday.

Every victim of the incident had injuries that were not life-threatening. According to a city official, three additional persons were hurt in a “vehicle vs. pedestrian collision,” and one woman received minor injuries from shattered glass.

“This morning, more than 362 rounds were fired at a crowded party in the North Pass area,” Reed stated. “Nine were wounded and at least four more were injured in the chaos that followed.”

ATF, FBI, and Montgomery Police Department officers are currently questioning witnesses and suspects.

“We are working tirelessly to identify those involved, and we urge anyone with information to come forward and help us put a stop to this sort of senseless, violent activity,” Reed added.

The Montgomery Advertiser stated that a social media video captured a scenario where numerous firearms were shot for around two minutes in an outdoor part of the gathering, causing hundreds of people to flee for safety.
