The 49 years old Ahmed Subni Wadi and his 21 years old son Ramzi Ahmed Wadi have been accused on Federal Drug Trafficking and guns charges.

This father son Duo from Miami Has been accused of Illegal firearms and Drugs. As per the criminal documents, On April 7, Ahmed Wadi allegedly sold two semi-automatic weapons and numerous grams of oxycodone laced with fentanyl to an employee at the company where both defendants work. Additionally, Ahmed Wadi offered to sell the individual a machine gun and silencer.

Ramzi Wadi, allegedly acting on his father’s behalf, allegedly sold the individual a machine pistol, silencer, and several grams of oxycodone laced with fentanyl later that month. The charges alleges that Ramzi Wadi had a gun on him during the transaction.

On June 6, law enforcement officials searched the accused person’s home and place of business in accordance with the terms of a search warrant. Over 30 weapons, suspected cocaine, marijuana, and pill bottles carrying oxycodone laced with fentanyl were found by police, according to court testimony.

As per the announcement made by U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida Markenzy Lapointe, Special Agent in Charge Christopher A. Robinson of the ATF’s Miami Field Division, and Interim Special Agent in Charge Eli Lawson of the FDLE. The maximum possible sentence in the event of a conviction on all counts is twenty-five years. The U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory criteria will be taken into account by the federal district court judge who will decide on a sentence.

Both the FDLE and the ATF’s Miami Field Office looked into the incident. Stefan Diaz Espinosa, an assistant U.S. attorney, is in charge of the case. The forfeiture of assets is being handled by Assistant U.S. Attorney Jorge Delgado. Everyone indicted are assumed innocent unless proven guilty in court, and the indictment comprises just allegations.
