This holiday season, Sacramento, California is conducting a trial program for the Family First (FFESP) economic assistance program, which provides qualified families with minor children with a $725 monthly stimulus payment.

The qualifying requirements for FFESP
If your application satisfies the eligibility requirements, certain Californians can receive an FFESP payment prior to the start of the Christmas season. This could assist in covering the extra costs associated with the yearly holiday season.
The California Department of Social Services is providing funding for this experimental initiative. California has a well-known reputation for having some of the highest living expenses in the country.
- To be eligible for the $725 payout, the following requirements have to be fulfilled:
- People who live in Sacramento, California’s 95815, 95821, 95823, 95825, 95828, and 95838 zip codes
- A family income that is 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) or below
- Encourage at least one child under five.
You are unable to take part in any other initiatives that offer guaranteed income.
Although the program’s application period is already closed, if you haven’t applied yet, there might be more opportunities in the future if the program is successful.
