A guy who is 29 years old was taken into custody in connection with a shooting that took place last week in Riviera Beach outside of a petrol station. The incident resulted in the death of one person.
On Tuesday, Deandre Burgess was taken into custody by the United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force, with assistance from the Strategic Investigations Division of the West Palm Beach Police Department.
According to the Riviera Beach Police Department, he is to blame for the deadly shooting that took place on the evening of May 3 in front of the JW Liquors shop and service station located at 401 President Barack Obama Highway.
According to the police, Burgess had previously been convicted of three separate felonies, is a documented member of the FHC gang, and is now on federal probation.
Both first-degree murder with a firearm and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon are accusations that have been brought against him.
