Shocking! Corinthian King Sentenced to 11 Years in Federal Jail for Drug Trafficking

Corinthian King has been sentenced to more than eleven years in federal jail for having cocaine with the plan to sell it and breaking the rules of his supervised release, according to a news report from the U.S. Department of Justice. King has been guilty of many crimes in the past.

Corinthian King, a 32-year-old man from Jacksonville, was given a federal jail term of 11 years and 8 months for having cocaine with the plan to sell it. King has been found guilty of breaking the rules of his monitored release. He has been convicted of many crimes in the past.

Tim J. Corrigan, who is the Chief U.S. District Judge, gave the sentence. In addition to going to jail, King has decided to give up a Glock 9mm gun and ammo that he had with him when he did the crime.

On September 21, 2022, King is said to have pleaded yes to the charges.

In April 2022, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office stopped King’s car as he was leaving a Southside motel, according to court records. During the stop, police found a digital scale with cocaine powder on it, some plastic bags, and a loaded Glock 9mm semi-automatic gun under the back passenger seat.

King was also found with more than 50 grams of cocaine powder, more than 40 grams of methamphetamine, and fentanyl and opioid pills in a plastic baggie.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives did the investigation, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Kelly S. Karase was in charge of the case. The case was taken care of by Assistant U.S. Attorney Mai Tran.
