After a multi-agency sting in Coastal Georgia, 17 suspects in all are being charged.
The undercover operation, known as “Operation Not for Sale,” was aimed at sex purchasers and traffickers in the Bryan County region, according to information made public by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday.

Three of the seventeen arrests involved pimping:
- Oswaldo Rodriguez Rameriz, 33, of Savannah, GA
- Karolay Karlay Rosalin Arraez Romero, 23
- Davron Jamaal Hinton, 37, of Jacksonville, FL
The 14 other arrests were related to pandering:
- Chiragkumar Patel, 36, of Savannah, GA
- Jason Manuel Herrera, 39, of Savannah, GA (Drug Charge)
- George Foster Sharpe, 38, of Savannah, GA
- David Herrera Truijillo, 37, of Eden, GA
- Juan Mora Flores, 48, of Washington
- Samuel De’Antayke Sawyer, 24, of Richmond Hill, GA
- Seyth Allan Cambron, age 32, Savannah, GA
- Steven Ray Snelson, 45, of Hinesville, GA
- Antonio Babbs, 45, of Hinesville, GA
- James Rush, 49, of Richmond Hill, GA
- Mario Romero, 33, of Claxton, GA
- Alberto Jay Vadi, 42, of Savannah, GA (DUI)
- Rakshit Ravi Ramteke, 21, of Savannah, GA
- Miles Diede, 29, of Savannah, GA
The inquiry is still on. Arrests and additional charges could come next. Ten prostitutes were offered resources by the police.
The investigation required months of planning and cooperation by multiple law enforcement organizations, according to the GBI.
The arrestees, who range in age from 21 to 49, allegedly traveled with the intention of buying or selling sex.
