According to cops, six males were shot on Wednesday night in the Bronx. The Fordham Heights neighborhood’s East 191st Street and Morris Avenue saw gunfire at approximately 8:15 p.m. After the Bronx shooting, gunmen escape on a scooter.
Two people parked a scooter in St. James Park, according to the police, then approached and started shooting at some males who were loitering on the sidewalk behind scaffolding.
Six men were hit by about nine shots, according to police sources. On the scooter, the two claimed gunman then made off. Officers from New York City Police responded to many 911 calls claiming that someone had been shot. Two of the victims were still at the site when they arrived.
They were transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital. The other two victims, according to the police, entered two different hospitals while the other two left in a car and flagged down rescue personnel.
Among the victims are:
- A man, age 20, was shot in the stomach
- Another, age 23, was shot in the groin
- A man, age 24, was shot in the thigh
- A man, age 25, was shot in the arm
- A further man, age 25, was shot in the hand
- And a man, age 31, was shot in the torso.

According to the authorities, all of the victims are anticipated to live. On Wednesday night, some of the victims were having surgery. Only a portion of the victims, according to the police, were assisting the inquiry.
At this point, there is no known reason for the shooting. The inquiry is still on.
