WPBN: Kader is a 14-pound puppy with a lot of personality who was recently introduced by Sandy Paws Rescue Inc., a committed foster-based dog rescue in Massachusetts.
Kader, who has been waiting more than a month for his forever family, is described as a tough little dog who hopes to find a loving home in time for the holidays. Kader, who is about four years old, tells a heartbreaking narrative of survival and healing.
His harness was buried in his skin when he was found unconscious in a parking lot. Kader’s life was saved because of the goodwill of his rescuer, who hurried him to the emergency hospital.
Kader has been recuperating and acclimating to foster care ever since. Even while he likes being close to his foster family, he would rather watch from a distance than play.
Despite his challenging past, Sandy Paws Rescue observes his tenacity as he gradually regains trust. While Kader waits for the appropriate family to take him in permanently, his foster family has put a lot of effort into giving him a secure, caring home.
Because of his distinct personality, Kader does best in a particular kind of home. Because he needs strict limits and respects personal space, he is best suited for a home with adults or older children (15+).
The rescue, for example, cautions against letting Kader lie on beds or getting too connected to one person. These actions guarantee that he grows up in a healthy and contented setting.
Kader might be protective of his favorite individual, despite his usual friendliness. Although he may show dominance with larger male dogs, he gets along well with other dogs, especially females or dogs his size. Although it is unknown how he interacts with cats, his excitement for pursuing squirrels points to a high prey drive.

He has received all of his recommended vaccines, has been neutered, and is prepared to start a new life with a family that recognizes his special needs and personality.

Applicants must fill out an application on the Sandy Paws Rescue website. Because the rescue is foster-based, visits are only permitted by appointment.
Residents in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and portions of Connecticut are currently their main adoptive recipients; exceptions in other New England states are taken into consideration on an individual basis.
