At the Florida Lottery’s West Palm Beach District Office, Yandy Vargas, 33, of West Palm Beach, won a $1 million prize from the 500X THE CASH Scratch-Off game. Vargas decided to take his gains as a $640,000.00 lump sum payout.
Vargas bought his winning ticket at Publix, which is situated in Lake Worth at 214 North Dixie Highway. The shop that sold the winning Scratch-Off ticket was rewarded with a $2,000 additional commission.
