Juan Perez Camejo decided to make a $640,000 one-time lump sum payment out of his profits.
On Nottingham Boulevard in West Palm Beach, Camejo purchased his winning ticket at US Discount Beverage. A $2,000 bonus will be given to the retailer for selling the winning ticket.
