The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is currently looking into an unspecified death in the Highlands neighborhood, situated near the crossroads of Beckner Ave. and Doniphan Dr.

According to JSO’s report, at approximately 7:70 p.m., a body was found within a wooded ditch line that stretches between multiple residences.
The body has been present at the site for an extended duration, and the age of the individual cannot be determined.
