A Lady Was Killed When an Argument Turned Physical in a Florida Pub

According to a post made on Facebook by the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office (ECSO), a woman’s body was found on Wednesday morning with several gunshot wounds. The woman had been deceased for some time.

Wednesday morning saw deputies from the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office responding to a report of shots fired in the 12000 block of Scenic Highway.

They discovered a woman who had died as a result of several gunshot wounds when they arrived at the scene.

An incident between the victim and the suspect’s girlfriend is said to have started at a bar named Mugs n’ Jugs. This is according to the ECSO.

The argument reportedly progressed outside, when the suspect is said to have punched the victim, knocking her unconscious, before producing a weapon and continuing the attack.

On Wednesday, the suspect, who has been identified as Christian Ketchup and is 24 years old, was taken into custody and charged with homicide.

On Thursday, his girlfriend Rachel DeRise, who is 23 years old, was taken into custody for violence.

The names of the victim have not been made public by ECSO as of this writing.

The authorities are requesting that anyone who may have information regarding the incident get in touch with the East Central Sheriff’s Office or Crime Stoppers.
