Renowned Arkansas rapper Bankroll Freddie was found guilty on several offenses resulting from a federal narcotics and firearms bust that took place in 2022.
The rapper was convicted of several offenses, including:
- Possession and distribution of marijuana
- Distribution and possession of a prohibited drug
- Possession of a firearm in support of drug trafficking
- Using “a communications facility” in offenses related to drug trafficking
The decision was made earlier this month by the Eastern District of Arkansas U.S. District Court. The rapper was declared not guilty of numerous offenses even though he was convicted guilty of several others.
The rapper was indicted in November 2022 in relation to a federal case that led to around 50 arrests that same month.
The Department of Justice declared on November 9 that three federal investigations had led to forty-five arrests. The Every Body Killas (EBK) and the Loady Murder Mobb were the two gangs that were the focus of the operation.
Bankroll Freddie, whose real name is Freddie Gladney III, was detained with 34 other members of the EBK, including his father, Freddie Gladney Jr.

The gang members “voluntarily and intentionally conspired” to distribute cocaine, crack cocaine, meth, and marijuana, according to officials at the time.
Gladney III was charged with multiple drug offenses involving the possession of marijuana and cocaine. According to court records dated November 20, 2022, he also possessed multiple guns.
Eventually, law enforcement officers found that the gang was using large-scale marijuana sales as a source of money for their operations.
