Breaking News: Jacksonville Sees 3rd Shooting in 5 Hours on a Sunday!

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says that a person was shot and killed in a home’s garage in the 3300 block of North Laura Street. At 6:55 p.m., when the police arrived, they found an adult man who had been shot.

Police say the suspect is still at large.

This is the third killing on Sunday, and it happened five hours after the last one.

At 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, there was a shooting in the 2800 block of Begonia Road, but no one was hurt. They say that the killing has nothing to do with one that happened on the same street just hours before.

A man in his late 30s was killed. He was shot in the face, hand, and shoulder and taken to the hospital. Police say that his health is safe. A person is being held as a suspect in that killing.

At 1:55 p.m. on Sunday, police went to the 5700 block of Begonia Road where they found a guy shot to death inside a home.

Police say that they think the killing happened because of a fight.

At that time, it was said that “all parties involved” were in arrest.

A man was also shot by cops in the Arlington Area earlier in the day. JSO said that cop shot him three times after he pointed his gun at him. Sunday afternoon, his state was very bad.
