Adding to the choices for Floridians is a growing chain of steakhouses that has recently opened another location. Baires Grill, known for its Argentine steak, is gaining popularity globally for its use of grass-fed Pampas cows, unique meat cuts, and a distinctive cooking style that results in a juicy and flavorful meal.
Downtown Doral describes Baires as a “renowned Argentine Steakhouse” with an “exceptional ambiance and top-tier quality.”
The company, in business since 1999, initially established itself in South Florida and has since expanded, with several locations, including Brickell, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, Weston, and Sunny Isles.
In mid-December 2023, Baires further expanded its presence by opening a new establishment in downtown Doral on Northwest 53rd Street.

“Excellent meal in a lively atmosphere! (The) entire staff was friendly and helped ensure a lovely dining experience. We started with a shared appetizer, (and) drinks and ordered the skirt steak for two. The drinks were unique and refreshing and the steak was prepared to perfection. We also enjoyed the sides and had no room for dessert. In fact, we got a to-go box with enough leftovers for another meal! We look forward to our next visit!”
