Delray Beach Condo Complex Left in Ruins After Driver's Medical Emergency

Delray Beach Fire Rescue said Saturday that a driver who was sick lost control of his car and crashed into a condo complex.

Around 7:15 p.m. on Friday, firefighters went to 2405 Lowson Blvd. to help.

A spokeswoman for the fire department, Dani Moschella, told WPTV in an email that they had to get him out of his car and take him to the hospital.

She said that his injuries were not very bad.

After the crash, a balcony on the second floor was no longer safe, so firefighters used temporary support beams to fix it.
