In relation to the disappearance and assumed death of the missing woman, charges have been brought against her boyfriend and the owner of the Arizona home where the couple resided.
According to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, Cavett Jack Richards, 36, was charged on Wednesday with second-degree murder, conspiracy, and hiding a dead body in relation to his girlfriend, 35-year-old Shayna Feinman.
Authorities reported that William Thomas DalCerro, 58, is being charged for his alleged role in Feinman’s demise. The land where Feinman and Richards had resided belonged to DalCerro.
Feinman, a New York native who relocated to Arizona a few years ago, vanished from the Peach Springs/Hyde Park neighborhood close to Seligman, Arizona, on March 9, according to investigators.
She never made it to the friend’s house nearby where she was supposed to be. Seligman is located in the state’s north, more than 75 miles to the west of Flagstaff.
According to a news release from the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, her car, which had her wallet and ID, was discovered close to the residence where she and her boyfriend had been residing.
Her cell phone was discovered on a neighboring farm.
Before filing new charges in the Feinman case this week, authorities said that Richards and DalCerro were first arrested by Yavapai County Jail in April on weapons offenses, charges of tampering with evidence, and possession of a stolen vehicle while they were gathering information regarding Feinman’s disappearance and presumed death.
Her remains are still missing. A reward of $10,000 is being offered for any reliable information that reveals her location. Her measurements are 140 pounds and 5 feet 4 inches.
Her most recent outfit consisted of green hiking boots, a jacket, and sweatpants with athletic-style shorts layered over them.
A witness claimed to have overheard a dispute between Feinman and her landlord, who informed her that she could no longer remain in the cabin, prior to Feinman’s disappearance.
“They were yelling and screaming at each other,” according to the witness. “He’s like, ‘you have to leave. I’m calling the sheriff.’ She’s like, ‘I need to get my phone and keys.'”

Feinman’s sister Kara admitted to acquaintances that she felt uneasy, according to local news outlet.
“On more than one occasion, she shares about feeling fearful and not feeling safe. And itās really hard to read those things because if I had known how unsafe and how scared she was at any of those times, I feel like I would have been there. I would have flown out there. I wouldnāt have let her be in this situation where sheās felt so unsafe that something terrible has happened,” she stated. “I donāt think she was in a healthy relationship. I donāt think that they treated each other nicely.”
