End of an Era: Disney World Location Shuts Down Permanently Right After Christmas

End of an Era Disney World Location Shuts Down Permanently Right After Christmas

A popular destination at Walt Disney World is shutting its doors permanently. Walt Disney World Resort boasts numerous incredible and unforgettable experiences, with its Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disneyā€™s Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios.

The fun extends beyond the four theme parks to include Disneyā€™s Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach water parks, providing visitors with endless magical moments in “The Most Magical Place on Earth.”

In the often hot and humid Orlando, Florida, guests can also enjoy the unique attractions of Disney Springs.

Acting as a retreat between theme park and water park visits, Disney Springs offers a space for shopping, dining, eating, drinking, and relaxation. It serves as an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of the main theme parks.

Disney Springs is a fantastic destination featuring approximately 100 shops and around 60 dining options.

Whether one is interested in the Rainforest Cafe or Harley Davidson, there’s something for everyone. Regrettably, after nearly a decade in business, Disney Springs is set to bid farewell to one of its beloved locations.

The Art of Shaving, which has been there for a while, will close permanently next week on January 2, 2024, as we previously reported earlier this year. Disney Springs.

The Art of Shaving’s official store website says, “Look and feel your bestā€”fill any grooming need with personalized service and an array of high-end essentials.” Since 2015, this establishment has been a part of the Walt Disney World Resort, providing guests with high-quality and genuine shaving and treatments.

We are deeply saddened to witness the permanent closure of such a beloved spot at Disney, especially so soon after Christmas.

The structure is situated in a busy location, suggesting that The Art of Shaving will likely be replaced soon. However, we currently do not know what will take its place.

Among our preferred shopping destinations at Disney Springs are the Coca-Cola Store, The LEGO Store, and the Vera Bradley Store. When it comes to dining, some of our favorite options include Chicken Guy and Earl of Sandwich.

For those looking for a more leisurely dining experience, we highly recommend Chef Art Smithā€™s Homecomin’, known for serving some of the best fried chicken we’ve ever tasted.
