Sade Robinson, a 19-year-old Milwaukee woman who was mutilated after going on a date with the man who is currently accused of killing her, was recognized by the identification of a human arm discovered on a beach in Illinois.
A visitor strolling along Waukegan Municipal Beach discovered the arm on May 11, according to the Lake County Coroner’s Office. Robinson’s arm was positively identified as his using DNA, the coroner reported.
The confirmation was shared with Robinson’s family on Tuesday. Milwaukee is almost fifty miles away from the beach.
“On behalf of the Lake County Coroner’s Office, I want to express our sincere condolences to Sade’s family and friends who continue to endure this tragic loss,” Coroner Jennifer Banek stated.
In a statement released on Tuesday, Robinson’s mother Sheena Scarbrough, an attorney for the family, said that she “is devastated and feels like her heart is being cut out as she is constantly tortured with this accumulating news of her daughter’s heinous murder.”
A torso, another arm, a severed right leg, and a foot covered in pink nail polish were among the additional remains discovered in various places in April.
Upon inspection, the 2020 Honda Civic was found to have significant interior fire damage on April 2, as per the criminal complaint.
Robinson’s mother is still waiting, according to Swanigan, “to completely gather her daughter’s belongings to do her daughter’s last and final move back home.”
“Sheena Scarbrough cannot help but wonder at what ends of the earth her daughter’s head and the remainder of her body may be if her arm traveled all the way to Waukegan, IL.,” Swanigan stated.
Maxwell Anderson, 33, of Milwaukee was taken into custody by the authorities and accused of first-degree deliberate homicide, body mutilation, and arson in the murder of Robinson.

In the complaint, the sheriff’s office stated that the two went on a date on April 1.
According to the complaint, footage taken around the scene of the severed leg’s discovery depicts a “human figure” walking down the bluff and toward the shore.
According to authorities, footage from a bus and a convenience shop showed a man leaving a flaming car. The complaint also states that a witness saw a man exit Robinson’s vehicle from the driver’s side and throw a lit lighter inside.
Anderson is being jailed on a $5 million bail after entering a not guilty plea. Robinson’s family, according to Swanigan, wants Anderson to “confess.”
“I want my daughter’s remains! Sade should not have to spend eternity lost because of Anderson’s evil agenda,” Scarbrough stated. “I have in anxious torment waited 79 days without being able to see my child or know her whereabouts. I pray law enforcement, or his family will finally get him to talk and set me free from this stabbing pain of not knowing what happened to my daughter or where her remains are located.”Â
