Man Shot and Killed in Tampa: Police Launch Search for Suspects

Police are in pursuit of suspects following the discovery of a man who had been shot in the middle of a road in Tampa on Friday night.

Responding to a report, the Tampa Police Department (TPD) arrived at the scene at the junction of North 10th Street and East Fairbanks Street at 7:57 pm.

Upon arrival, TPD reported that the victim was found lying on the road, having sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body. He was transported to a nearby hospital but unfortunately did not survive.

Authorities have reason to believe that the suspects consist of two men who were traveling in an older four-door sedan, which exhibited damage to the rear bumper.
