Garden District
This locality is renowned for its historic and delightful residences, with a significant number having undergone renovation and restoration.
Situated in the southeastern section of the city, it is close to Interstate 90. However, it is noteworthy that the violent crime rate here is 8.7, surpassing the city’s average of 1.6 by more than fivefold.

The neighborhood, situated on the western side of the city along the Spokane River, exhibits a high violent crime rate of 7.9—nearly five times the citywide average of 1.6.

Notably, Seltice Way provides convenient access to both the Spokane River and the Centennial Trail, making it a favored destination for outdoor enthusiasts.

Northwest Boulevard
This district lies in the northern section of the city, close to the Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course. It exhibits a violent crime rate of 6.4, four times higher than the city-wide average of 1.6.
Northwest Boulevard is also in close proximity to the Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course, the Kroc Center, and North Idaho College, offering various amenities and services to the local community.

Downtown Coeur d’Alene also features key attractions like City Park and Beach, the Museum of North Idaho, and the renowned Coeur d’Alene Resort, attracting visitors and tourists globally.
