After opening fire inside of a club on Tuesday, a guy in his 20s from Bradenton has been charged with attempted murder. The incident took place in Bradenton.

At 9:47 p.m., deputies from the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office were called to the Oneco Rose Bar located at 103 Cortez Road in response to reports of gunfire coming from within the establishment.

According to the officials from the sheriff’s office, the 20-year-old suspect, Devin Waiters, had fled the scene after shooting two customers.

They were hurt, but the injuries they sustained were not considered to be life-threatening.

According to the statements made by detectives, a dispute broke out between Waiters and another patron, who was then the target of multiple gunshots fired by Waiters in the direction of the patron.

A consumer who was not connected to the previous incidents was hit twice.

That night, Waiters was taken into custody for outstanding warrants, and following further investigation, he was charged with attempted murder.
