In order to avoid going to jail, a man from Northeast Ohio and an athlete from West Virginia who was charged with supplying drugs to music tycoon Sean “Diddy” Combs has accepted a plea deal.
According to Brendan Paul’s attorney, Brian Bieber, “Brendan Paul accepted the prosecutor’s offer to permit his entry into the diversion program which, after completion, the case against him will be dismissed in its entirety.”
Paul used to play basketball for Fairmont State University.
According to Ohio law, common diversion requirements include completing education and/or counseling relating to the charge, counseling, community service, and payment of restitution.
At the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport, Brendan Paul, 25, was taken into custody on felony charges for allegedly possessing cocaine and other substances.
Combs’ opulent lifestyle, which is frequently featured in his music videos, is currently the focus of the inquiry.
Defendant Rodney Jones claims in a complaint that Combs would entice teenage girls and sex workers to his houses for drug-fueled parties. It was claimed that Combs would give his friends instructions to mix cocaine, ecstasy, and date rape drugs with alcohol.
The plaintiff, referring to Paul as Combs’ “mule” in an amended lawsuit, claims that Paul obtained, carried, and delivered ecstasy, cocaine, ketamine, marijuana, and mushrooms, putting these drugs in their carry-on bags and passing through TSA.

The plaintiff claims that Paul may be seen with Diddy in images included in the lawsuit, purportedly holding what look to be prescription bottles and a black pouch that the plaintiff believes was loaded with illegal substances.
According to the prosecution, Paul was one of Combs’ staff members who would bargain for and make sure sex workers were paid their fees.
Paul was a basketball player for Syracuse University before graduating from Hawken High School. Paul’s personal travel bags were purportedly carrying cocaine and contraband, according to the arresting cops.
