ORLANDO, Fla. — On Wednesday afternoon in Orlando, a woman stated that she was taking a shower when two cars, which were purportedly participating in street racing, smashed into her home.
The collision was reported to have taken place in the 400 block of S. Ivey Lane.
Officers hurried to the area because there was an accident involving numerous automobiles. When they arrived, they were told that two of the vehicles had gone off the roadway and hit a house in the neighborhood. This information was provided in a tweet that was sent out by the Orlando Police Department.
“The next thing that I remember, I was on the ground. Neshay Singleton, the homeowner, stated that she saw fire and quickly escaped through a window in the back of the house. “I scrambled out to get my car keys to unlock my back door because I’ve seen fire,” she said.
During the afternoon on Wednesday, two automobiles that were allegedly participating in street racing collided with a residence in Orlando, according to the police.
Photos depict the tremendous collision, which caused damage to the house as well as other debris on the road, including a palm tree that crashed down on top of one of the vehicles that was involved in the collision.
