PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. — Police are looking for a woman who they say held up a drugstore in Port St. Lucie with a gun and demanded prescription pills.
The Port St. Lucie Police Department said that at about 1:30 p.m. on Friday, officers went to the Aster Discount Pharmacy on SW Port St. Lucie Blvd. and SW Aster Rd. because there had been a robbery there.
Police say that a woman went into the store, pointed a gun at a worker, and told them she needed prescription pills. The robber did not hurt the worker, and he did not get any pills. She was last seen on Port St. Lucie Blvd. going east.
The thief was a white woman with blonde hair who wore goggles, a mask, and a white shirt.
The woman is being looked for by the police. K-9 and drone units are searching the area, and cops and crime scene inspectors are at the drugstore to find out more.
