WPBN: In a few of weeks, the membership warehouse club intends to close all 600 outlets for the whole day. Millions of Americans are anxiously looking for the finest bargains and treasures over the holidays, making it the busiest time of year for merchants.
To attract customers, a lot of stores are holding seasonal specials and events before to Christmas. However, since most businesses close on Christmas Day, the holiday shopping frenzy will come to a sudden end on the big day.
One such business is Sam’s Club, which closes on Christmas to give its employees time to spend with their loved ones. In addition, Sam’s Club is closed on Thanksgiving, Easter, and New Year’s Day.
On December 25, the warehouse club will not be open, but customers can still enjoy its holiday shopping hours. Typically, Sam’s Club closes at 6 PM on Sundays and 8 PM on Mondays through Saturdays.
But from November 22 to December 23, the retail behemoth will temporarily extend its hours and be open till 8 PM every day. On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, customers can anticipate different hours.
Sam’s Club will shut early at 6 PM on both holidays.
HOLIDAY HALT
Several stores nationwide, including Sam’s Club, have decided to close on Christmas Day. Walmart, its sister company, will also close for a full day, as it has done since its establishment in 1962.
Along with Target, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Big Lots, Dollar General, and Home Depot, Costco, a competitor of Sam’s Club, has also announced plans to close on the holiday.
Trader Joe’s, Publix, Winn Dixie, Whole Foods, Aldi, and Albertsons are among the big grocery stores that will be closed on Christmas Day.

There are a number of eateries that will be open on Christmas, so Americans who want to avoid cooking are also in luck.
McDonald’s, IHOP, Dunkin’, Starbucks, Domino’s, Benihana, Chicken Guy!, Luby’s, Hooters, Fogo de Chao, and Denny’s are a few of these.
