Shocking! 13-Year-Old Mastermind Behind String of Car Break-Ins

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — After reportedly breaking into numerous vehicles, a juvenile teenager from Deltona was hauled into prison for his actions.

Between March 27 and April 11, the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office received many complaints from residents of Deltona stating that their vehicles had been broken into during that time period.

Elkcam Boulevard was the location for the break-ins, according to the deputies.

It was discovered that there was surveillance video of the suspect, who turned out to be a kid of 13 years old.

The sheriff’s office in Volusia County claims that the teen’s mother discovered a concealed stolen pistol on the side of her house.

According to the deputies, the youngster, who was 13 years old at the time, fled the house after his mother phoned the police.

After doing more research, the deputies discovered surveillance footage that showed the juvenile leaving his residence prior to the auto break-ins.

When officers discovered the youngster, age 13, at the home of another relative, the sheriff’s office reports that the boy admitted to stealing parcels, a revolver, and breaking into automobiles. He was just 13 years old at the time.

A grand theft of a firearm, armed burglary to a conveyance, petit theft, and burglary to a conveyance are the allegations that have been brought against him.

The juvenile will reportedly be sent to the Department of Juvenile Justice, according to the deputies.
