U Street Corridor: The U Street Corridor, situated in the northwest part of the city along U Street NW, ranks fifth-highest in violent crime rates among South Hill neighborhoods, with 11.8 incidents per 1,000 residents. Additionally, it exhibits a notable prevalence of property crime, registering 44.9 incidents per 1,000 residents.
