Brendan Tyler Moore, aged 38, has been handed a 15-year prison sentence for his involvement in a significant drug distribution operation.

In December 2021, Moore was apprehended by the police in Fargo after being linked to the possession of three pounds of methamphetamine and a firearm. Following his arrest, a raid took place in Fargo’s Hawthorne neighborhood in September 2022, resulting in multiple arrests.

Despite the potential for a lengthy prison sentence, Moore’s trial history reveals that he garnered numerous letters of support. The Forum, appearing in court for his sentencing, shares that the letters contained writings from jail ministry, detailing his transformation as a person.

Three individuals, including Jessica Trottier, Cesar Ambrosio Lopez, and Arturo Guzman, are scheduled to go on trial on December 10. They are believed to be involved in a meth ring.

They are facing allegations of trafficking large quantities of fentanyl pills, meth, and other drugs in North Dakota.
