Frontier Airlines is still working to connect all of California. On Tuesday, it began offering nonstop flights between Sacramento International Airport and San Diego International Airport and LAX.
The low-cost airline now serves six nonstop destinations from SMF thanks to the two additional routes.
In a news release, Frontier’s vice president of network and operations design, Josh Flyr, stated, “We’re delighted to launch these two new routes at SMF, offering consumers affordable and convenient travel options to two popular California destinations. This service supports our mission of bringing exceptional value and a superior travel experience to underserved markets.”
Frontier is celebrating the expansion by launching cheap flights to San Diego and LAX starting at just $29 per person.
Although there are a few requirements in order to receive the discounted rate, the promotional fare is accessible to all clients.

There are also a few exclusion dates: throughout the promotional period, the fare is only accessible on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for travel to LAX.
The only days that are not available for booking flights to San Diego are Saturdays and Sundays.
