A young woman is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle in Orlando; she was taken to the hospital after the accident.
According to the report made by the Florida Highway Patrol, the incident took place on Lee Road and Diplomat Circle at approximately 5 o’clock in the morning.
The authorities claim that a Ford Explorer was traveling south on Lee Road when it collided with a pedestrian who was 19 years old and stood squarely in the path of the car. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
The individual who was driving the Ford stated that he did not notice the pedestrian, which is why he was responsible for hitting her.
The condition of the adolescent patient was described as critical but otherwise unchanged when they took them to the emergency room of the hospital as a trauma alert.
