The Fish and Wildlife Department collaborated with the Office of the Attorney General, the Administrative Offices of the Court, and State Information Technology personnel to address these issues and provide a safe, effective, and convenient method of fulfilling our legal responsibilities.
Because of this, those who want to get a license can get certified online. Before purchasing a license or permit, the certification process can be finished online.

Customers who purchase a license for the first time can create an account on the website and receive a Conservation Identification Number (CID#) that is valid for life. After passing the Child Support Certification exam, licenses can be bought online or from a license agent.
The certification is valid through December 31 of the year in which it is obtained. It is necessary to repeat the certification process every year.
