Five Shot, Including 15-Year-Old, at West Side Gas Station Gathering

A big gathering at a gas station on the city’s West Side resulted in the shooting deaths of five individuals, among them a fifteen-year-old girl.

At approximately 12:45 a.m. on Monday, there was a gunshot at a Shell station located in the Humboldt Park neighborhood’s 900 block of North Pulaski.

When police arrived at the scene of a shooting, they discovered that several persons had been shot.

The massive gathering of people and the instant the firing started were caught on tape by the petrol station’s security system. A car was seen dragging one individual in the video.

Shortly later, armed officers with pistols drawn and several outfitted in riot gear came at the site.

An injured 15-year-old girl was sent to Stroger Hospital in critical condition after being shot in the neck, according to the police.

Two gunshots to the back wounded an 18-year-old girl, who was taken in fair condition to Mount Sinai Hospital. Having been shot in the arm, the 19-year-old female was taken to Mount Sinai and her status is currently described as fair.

A thirty-five-year-old guy was shot in the foot and was taken in fair condition to St. Mary’s Hospital. Following a bullet wound to his buttocks, the 25-year-old male was sent to Stroger in stable condition.

Transported to St. Mary’s in fair condition, the 33-year-old female patient had a broken ankle.

According to an early inquiry, the perpetrator fired a gun at the victims and then escaped on foot. Area Four Detectives are conducting an investigation; no one is in custody.
